This policy explains how TIME GOLD GmbH processes personal data on www.timegold.ch, www.time-gold.ch, in our atelier and in our communications. It is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. DATA WE PROCESS
- Contact and enquiry data: name, email, phone, message, e.g. via contact forms, email, phone or Instagram.
- Appointment data: requested date, service and contact details.
- Customer account (Members Area): login details, wishlist, order history.
- Order and payment data: delivery and billing address, items ordered, payment method. Card details are handled directly by the payment provider, not by us.
- Atelier order data: details of repairs, custom pieces, valuations, and ring designs from the online configurator.
- Purchase of old gold and precious metals: identity details and a copy of your ID where required by law.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device, date and time of access (server logs).

3. PURPOSES
We process your data to answer enquiries, manage appointments, fulfil orders and commissions, run your customer account, meet legal obligations (e.g. bookkeeping, anti-money-laundering and precious-metals rules), keep our websites secure and improve our services. We send marketing emails only with your consent; you can unsubscribe at any time.

4. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
We use strictly necessary cookies so the cart, login and booking work. We also use the statistics features of our website platforms to understand how our sites are used. Analytics and advertising cookies from third parties (such as Google or Meta) are set only with your consent via the cookie banner. You can change your choice or delete cookies in your browser at any time.

5. SERVICE PROVIDERS AND RECIPIENTS
We share data only as needed for the purposes above, in particular with:
- Website and shop platforms: Wix.com Ltd. (Israel) for www.timegold.ch, including bookings, forms and the members area; Shopify International Ltd. (Ireland) for www.time-gold.ch.
- The payment service providers offered at checkout.
- Postal and courier services for deliveries.
- Embedded content such as Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and maps. Loading this content sends your IP address to the provider.
- Partners we engage for specific services, where needed to fulfil your order.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to.

6. TRANSFERS ABROAD
Some providers process data outside Switzerland, namely in the EU/EEA, Israel and the USA. Switzerland recognises the EU/EEA and Israel as providing adequate protection. We transfer data to other countries only
